Of British nationality, after studying law with French in England (Leicester University) and Strasbourg, Deborah initially practised as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in the City of London before becoming a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 1993.

Deborah assists international clients in a range of sectors. She advises on commercial law, corporate law, and has developed her expertise notably in corporate finance and merger and acquisition (M&A) projects.

With more than 30 years of experience in French and international law, Deborah uses her in-depth knowledge of French and Anglo-Saxon business law to assist the firm’s clients in their most complex cases.
